Join Executive Chef Stewart Woodman and special guest Heather D. Howard C.S.W. Director of Wine Education for an interactive five course champagne tasting dinner on Friday, February 13th, 2015. Tickets are available for $75 per person.

The five course tasting menu features five courses of Workshop favorites and five bubbly wine/ champagne pairings.

First Course: Gloria Ferrer Blanc De Blanc (Sonoma, California)

Second Course: J Vineyards Rose (Russian River Valley, California)

Third Course: Bollinger Special Cuvee (Champagne, France)

Fourth Course: Fizz 56 Brachetto d’Acqui (Piedmont, Italy)
