We’re excited to celebrate the best of Twin Cities dining during Mpls.St.Paul Magazine’s Restaurant Week. Both UNION Rooftop and Workshop at UNION are participating in the weeklong effort to connect Twin Cities food enthusiasts with the best in Twin Cities dining. Now’s your chance to experience a three course dinner by Chef Stewart Woodman for just $30 (beverage, tax and gratuity not included). Restaurant week is offered from February 22-27 and both the Rooftop and Workshop will be open for dinner all six nights.

Offering dinner for $30

Appetizer (choose one)

  • Shaved Brussels Sprouts caramelized brussels, poached pear slices, blue cheese
  • Bouillabaisse baguette with rouille
  • Caesar Salad kale, boquerones, polenta croutons
  • Maitake Salad salad of fried maitake mushrooms, feta cheese, chopped mint, pumpkin seeds, rosemary balsamic dressing (vegetarian)

Entrée (choose one):

  • Garganelli white fennel sausage ragu, rosemary gremolata
  • Grilled Mahi Mahi ratatouille, cannellini beans, basil
  • Butternut Squash Ravioli roasted cauliflower, toasted walnuts, brown butter sauce, shaved pecorino (vegetarian)
  • Seared Salmon mustard crust, creamy polenta, mushroom ragout, red wine

Dessert (choose one):

  • Vanilla Bean Cheesecake port cranberry compote and white chocolate
  • Sorbet Selection
  • Flourless Chocolate Torte blackberry coulis, fresh whipped cream 

Workshop at UNION

Offering dinner for $30 

Appetizer (choose one):

  • Potatoes & gruyere with smoked bread (vegetarian)
  • Jicama & grapefruit salad with pancetta, pear stuffed gnudi
  • Fresh hand rolled fettuccine with foie gras in a lobster sauce – $15 supplemental fee 

Entrée (choose one):

  • Slow baked salmon with shrimp fennel ragout
  • Braised beef bavette with spiced potato puree & bok choy
  • Free form vegetarian lasagna stuffed with kale ragout (vegetarian)

Dessert (choose one):

  • The Stewart Mystery Machine
  • Blonde flour-less with bourbon mousse
