Do you want to be amongst the lucky few to enjoy this experimental “pop-up” concept by James Beard nominated chef Stewart Woodman, Culinary Director of Kaskaid Hospitality? The Workshop is a new chef-driven collaborative concept that will feature a constantly evolving menu that will be opening to the public in fall of 2014.
This limited time pop up is your chance to enjoy a mouth-watering, five-course dinner, complete with four drinks per couple, including your choice of beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. Choose from Thursday, July 24, Friday, July 25, or Saturday, July 26 in the UNION Main level at (731 Hennepin Avenue).

UNION will be offering a tasty three course dinner menu through the week, in addition to our regular menu. Check out our menu below, designed by Chef Stuart Woodman himself!
First Course: Choice of our signature Pok Pok Chicken Wings, or Seafood Ceviche
Second Course: Choice of Rigatoni Fennel Sausage, smoked tomato fondue, Parmesan regiano, or Seared Salmon coconut broth, jasmine rice, box choy, caramelized carrots
Third Course: “Blueberry buckle” lemon ice cream, or strawberry pavlova

Local artist David Cook, also known as the Flower Bomber will be joining us on the UNION Rooftop with his bright and beautiful work. The Minnesota native is heading up to the Rooftop and blasting us with flower power in honor of Pride week.
His work will be shown during the Pride Parade Viewing Party this Sunday at 10:00 am. You can purchase tickets here to confirm your entry up on the rooftop.
